ABOUT RBA

TSMT Follows the RBA Code of Conduct

The Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), founded in 2004 as the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC), is a code of conduct for social responsibility established jointly by the global electronics and ICT industry. Its purpose is to ensure that working conditions across the supply chain are safe, that workers are treated with respect, and that business operations and manufacturing processes are environmentally responsible and conducted ethically.

In addition to complying with the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which it operates, TSMT actively upholds the spirit of the RBA Code of Conduct, drawing on the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and relevant ILO conventions, and continually reviews its internal management systems to ensure the Code is implemented in daily operations and supply chain collaboration.

This Code is more than a document — it is our commitment to every employee and every partner we work with.
