a major subsidiary of the Company, resolved to distribute cash dividends
in the amount of USD 9,105,186.22 to its parent company,
Regent Manner (BVI) Limited, which holds 100% of the shares.
(2)On March 12, 2024, the Board of Directors of Regent Manner (BVI)
Limited, a major subsidiary of the Company, resolved to distribute cash
dividends in the amount of USD 9,105,186.22 to its parent company,
Regent Manner International Holdings Limited, which holds 100% of the
shares.
(3)On March 12, 2024, the Board of Directors of Regent Manner
International Holdings Limited, a major subsidiary of the Company,
resolved to distribute cash dividends in the amount of USD 9,105,186.22
to its parent company, Taiwan Surface Mounting Technology (B.V.I.) Co.
Limited, which holds 100% of the shares.
(4)On March 12, 2024, the Board of Directors of Taiwan Surface Mounting
Technology (B.V.I.) Co. Limited, a major subsidiary of the Company,
resolved to distribute cash dividends in the amount of USD 9,105,186.22
to its parent company, Taiwan Surface Mounting Technology Corp., which
holds 100% of the shares.
